Some of the best thinking happens away from the office. The Pavilion is our beautifully restored former cricket pavilion, set on our regenerative peppermint farm in Hampshire and available to hire by the day.

High, vaulted ceilings, warm wood and beautiful stone floors give it real character, while a woodburner and views over the meadow keep things grounded rather than corporate.

It's a space built for meeting, eating, learning, celebrating and thinking differently, whether that's a strategy day, a team retreat, a big birthday, a workshop or a training session that deserves better than a windowless room in town.

THE SPACE

Seats 12 around the table, for lunches, dinners, boardroom style meetings and strategy days.

Capacity for up to 20 for drinks events, workshops and training sessions.

Audiovisual equipment provided, so presentations and hybrid sessions run smoothly.

Refreshments on tap - tea, coffee and of course, our own Summerdown peppermint tea.

A catering kitchen, dining and living space, giving groups room to break out, eat together and reset between sessions.

ADD ON ACCOMMODATION

Running a residential retreat or a two-day session? Extend your day hire with accommodation for your guests. The Pavilion itself has 2 double bedrooms, and our 4 handcrafted shepherd's huts, each with its own woodfired hot tub, sit just across the meadow. Together they sleep up to 12, so your team can stay on, unwind and pick up again the next morning without leaving the
farm.

FOOD & CATERING

Bring your own food, or let us take care of it. We can cater for breakfasts, lunches and sharing platters throughout the day, so your team stays fed and focused without a supermarket run.

Set on our working, regenerative Hampshire farm, The Pavilion offers something genuinely different from a standard hired venue: a real farm, a space restored using timber from the estate itself, where the pace of the day is set by the land around it rather than a hotel conference schedule.
