2. Open to UK residents only, aged 18 or over. Employees of Summerdown, Fen Dairy, Tracklements, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.
3. Enter by submitting your details via the entry form on the Summerdown website.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. Entries must be received by Sunday 7th December at 11:59pm. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
7. Prize Details: One winner will receive: From Summerdown: A box of velvety peppermint truffles,  Ultimate Mint Chocolate Collection and a box of Summerdown peppermint tea and fine bone china mug; From Fen Dairy: Baron Bigod (250g), Truffle Baron Bigod (250g); From Tracklements: Cheese Collection Gift Pack, Two Tracklements beeswax wraps and a Tracklements Jute Bag
8. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
9. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Summerdown reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
10. The prize will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner.
11. Summerdown accepts no responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details supplied.
12. No cash alternative or substitutions.
13. Summerdown reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its control.

Overview

The Peppermint Lovers' Club is Summerdown’s customer rewards scheme, powered by Smile.io

By joining or participating in the scheme, you agree to these specific terms, which form part of Summerdown.com’s general Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

Membership is free and open to individuals who create an account on Summerdown.com and live in the United Kingdom

Summerdown may restrict participation at its sole discretion, including exclusions for employees, contractors, or affiliates.

Earning Points

Members earn Peppermint Points through qualifying purchases, referrals and promotional activities as described on Summerdown.com.

Points are credited to your account automatically but may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Summerdown reserves the right to correct or adjust points in cases of suspected fraud, misuse or system errors.

Redeeming Rewards

Points may be redeemed for money off next purchase, products, or special offers listed on the Peppermint Lovers' Club page.

Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are non-transferable.

Redemption may not be combined with certain promotions or discount codes unless otherwise stated.

Peppermint Lovers' Club Modifications & Termination

Summerdown may update, suspend or end the club at any time without prior notice.

If the club is discontinued, all unredeemed points will expire and hold no value.

Account Responsibilities

Members are responsible for keeping their login details secure and ensuring account information is accurate.

Summerdown reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity, with forfeiture of all points.

Limitations of Liability

The club is operated through Smile.io’s platform. Summerdown is not liable for technical failures, system outages, or third-party issues that may affect your ability to earn or redeem points.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summerdown disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in the club.

 

PROMO CODES

Summerdown will be offering a number of different promotional codes at any given time, which can be used exclusively online to receive the stated discount. The following conditions apply:

1. No single code can be used at the same time as another promotional code, unless stated otherwise. This includes the news10 code for new subscribers to our Newsletter.
2. Promotional codes are only valid until their own individual expiry dates.
3. Codes are only valid on full price items and won’t work with special offers, Summerdown specials, subscriptions, tours or items on sale.
4. news10 promotional code excludes subscriptions, tours and Summerdown specials.
5. Summerdown terms & conditions apply to all promotional codes issued through 3rd party partners.
6. No cash alternatives.

PRODUCTS

All products are subject to availability. If a product is going to take longer to produce than stated, we will endeavour to procure it for you as quickly as possible, but will give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Orders of 10ml peppermint and lavender oil are limited to a maximum of 5 x bottles in one transaction. If you would like to order more, please contact sales@summerdownmint.com with your enquiry.

DELIVERY & DISPATCH – UK

Please allow 3 working days for delivery of your order, via Parcelforce. All UK orders under £30 are subject to a delivery charge of £4.50 (£10 in the Isle of Man and Channel Islands)  (unless a promotion is running and free postage is offered). Free UK delivery is applied for orders of £30 or more (excluding the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands). We only deliver to the UK.

DELIVERY & DISPATCH – OVERSEAS

We can only accept orders for UK delivery online at present. For orders outside the UK please contact us by email and we will do our best to help.

Disclaimer: We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery by Parcelforce outside of our control including industrial action or severe weather conditions and subsequent disruption to the service.  We endeavour to make our customers aware should a situation arise and to know when to expect delays.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Please ensure that somebody is available to receive your parcel, unless special delivery instructions have been entered into the checkout section of the site. Any charges incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

TAX

All prices shown include VAT at 20%.
