3. To enter, participants must complete the online entry form at www.summerdown.com.
4. By entering, participants agree to join the Summerdown Farms mailing list. You may unsubscribe at any time.
5. Only one entry per person. Bulk entries or entries via automated systems will not be accepted.
6. The prize consists of a year’s supply of Summerdown peppermint creams (one box per month for 12 months).
7. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
8. The giveaway closes on 2nd March at 11:59 pm. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
9. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
10. The winner will be notified by email within 2 working days of the closing date.
11. If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days, the prize will be offered to a runner-up, who will be drawn at random. This process will continue until the prize is claimed.
12. The prize will be sent to the winner once per month for 12 months. Delivery is subject to availability and may vary slightly depending on stock.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PEPPERMINT LOVERS' CLUB

Introduction

At Summerdown, we believe in creating and sharing little moments of joy, and we've designed the Peppermint Lovers' Club (PLC) with that in mind. We invite you to join our club, where you will be able to gift peppermint treats to friends, receive exclusive offers, free gifts, early bird information, and access to tours and events.

Eligibility

1. Open to UK Summerdown newsletter subscribers only.
2. Members must be aged 18 years or over.

Automatic Enrollment

1. To be automatically enrolled in the PLC, you must have placed 5 online orders within the past 18 months on our Summerdown website.
2. Subscription orders do not count as online purchases for the purpose of this programme.
3. Once you are automatically enrolled, you will receive an email from Summerdown welcoming you to the club.

Membership Duration

1. Once you are enrolled in the PLC, you will remain a member until you request to leave.
2. You may request to leave the club at any time by emailing hello@summerdown.com. This request will remove you from the PLC email subset, but you will remain subscribed to our general email list unless you specifically unsubscribe.

Terms & Conditions for Summerdown Blue Monday Instagram Draw

1. Open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over.
2. Entrants must follow the Instagram feed of @SummerdownUK and tag a friend to enter.
3. Prize: The winner will receive 1 x Summerdown Body, Bath and Home collection gift box, including 1 x hand and body lotion, 1 x hand wash, 1 x shower gel, 1 x bath soak, 1 x diffuser, 1 x candle, 1 x room spritz, and 1 x soap.
4. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice. No cash alternatives.

PRODUCTS

All products are subject to availability. If a product is going to take longer to produce than stated, we will endeavour to procure it for you as quickly as possible, but will give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Orders of 10ml peppermint and lavender oil are limited to a maximum of 5 x bottles in one transaction. If you would like to order more, please contact sales@summerdownmint.com with your enquiry.

DELIVERY & DISPATCH – UK

Please allow 3 working days for delivery of your order, via Parcelforce. All UK orders under £30 are subject to a delivery charge of £4.50 (£10 in the Isle of Man and Channel Islands)  (unless a promotion is running and free postage is offered). Free UK delivery is applied for orders of £30 or more (excluding the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands). We only deliver to the UK.

DELIVERY & DISPATCH – OVERSEAS

We can only accept orders for UK delivery online at present. For orders outside the UK please contact us by email and we will do our best to help.

Disclaimer: We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery by Parcelforce outside of our control including industrial action or severe weather conditions and subsequent disruption to the service.  We endeavour to make our customers aware should a situation arise and to know when to expect delays.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Please ensure that somebody is available to receive your parcel, unless special delivery instructions have been entered into the checkout section of the site. Any charges incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
