Subscription frequently asked questions

How much is the subscription?

The tea subscription is a fixed cost of £10 for three boxes of tea, whatever mix you buy. So you'll always be making a saving, but could save up to 28% if you buy 3 x boxes of pyramid tea per order. The chocolate lovers subscription is £21.00 per box, saving you 15% per each box. The diffuser refill subscription is £12.25 for 1 refill, £25.50 for 2 refills and £38.25 for 3 refills, saving you 15% on each refill. You may also purchase a glass reed diffuser (in any quantity) to start you off - this is at a special price of £18.70 and an exclusive add-on purchase for subscription customers.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.50, but we offer free delivery for orders £25 or over, so if you add additional items from our range, you won't be charged delivery.

When will my card be charged?

We'll charge your card immediately when you sign up. Then, for recurring payments, the cards get charged around the recurring order date, give or take a couple of days.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be despatched within 2 working days of your recurring order date each month. Our delivery time is 1 - 3 working days.

How do I amend my subscription?

You click on the 'My account' icon in the top menu bar next to 'Our story'

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course. We want you to be totally happy so if you ever want to cancel all you need to do is log in to your account and look for the cancel button and you can also pause your subscription there too. If you're not sure, you could give us a call or email us and we'll be happy to help. PLEASE NOTE: You must cancel two working days before the date of your recurring order, otherwise your delivery will already have been packed and so your cancellation will take effect the following month.

Can I give a subscription as a present?

What a great idea - yes you can. Just enter the recipient's delivery address and write a note at the check-out to inform us it's a present, and we'll make sure no billing information is enclosed in the delivery. Please note we don't offer gift-wrapping with our subscription service.
